Shipping policy

Delivery in Ukraine and Worldwide

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out within 3 business days from the moment of full payment or prepayment for the product, via the logistics companies Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

Shipping costs are paid by the recipient. Delivery time is 3–5 days, depending on the region.

To arrange shipment, the following information is required:

  • City / Village
  • Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch
  • Phone number
  • Full name of the recipient

 

International delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta (10–20 business days), or private carriers, to the address specified by the customer.

To arrange shipment, the following information is required:

  • City / village, district
  • Postal code
  • Full name
  • Recipient’s phone number (Ukrainian / international)
  • Recipient’s email address

 

PAYMENT AND RETURNS

You can choose a convenient payment method:

  • Cash to the courier upon delivery (for deliveries within Kyiv)
  • Bank transfer to our card
  • Payment by credit card via your cart
  • Payment at the Nova Poshta branch upon receiving the goods

If the item is not in stock and is made to order, a 30% prepayment is required.

 

Please carefully review our return and exchange policy to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible.

Returns and exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items must show no signs of wear, deformation, alteration, or washing.
  • Products that are visibly damaged, soiled, or returned without original tags or packaging may be refused for return or exchange by the brand.
  • In case of return or exchange via Nova Poshta, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

 

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on our products.

In case of damage, we can offer repair services, which must be paid additionally by the customer. In case of pre-order for any item, you receive a 10% discount.
